2012 Jackson Winterfest Postponed Indefinitely

Castle M.A. is a strong believer in doing things right the first time. We are sad to announce that we will be indefinitely postponing the inaugural Jackson Winterfest scheduled for February 25, 2012. The warm temperatures have affected some of the main events at the Jackson Winterfest from happening. We have come to the conclusion that without ice and snow the non-profit event, we plan to establish as an annual Jackson event, would not reach its potential. With that in mind we have decided to prematurely postpone the event, to protect its integrity, and to insure that donated funding is used effectively and not wasted.

On a positive note, we have begun to plan for the 2013 Jackson Winterfest at the Cascades Park. Be sure to stay updated by periodically checking the Jackson Winterfest, Facebook page and website. Castle M.A. would like to give a special thanks to the Jackson County Parks & Recreations, Erik Smith Investments, Jackson Speedway, K105.3, JTV, General Materials, and MLive for their support with organizing and promoting the event. We would also like to thank all of the businesses & citizens of Jackson that helped and participated in the 2012 Jackson Winterfest Facebook Competitions.
